This year we have run Nitrox, First Aid for Divers and Lifesaver courses

Welcome to the South Tyneside 765 diving club website. We are a small friendly club formed in 1975, who dive off the North East coast. We run trips to Scotland in the winter and occasionally further afield Local Diving We mainly dive off our coast and visit many unknown wrecks which we have found over the years. There are about 160 known wrecks along our immediate coastline from Sunderland to Blyth. Trips away Recent destinations included : Sound of Mull, Cornwall, St Kilda, Firth of Forth, Isle of Man & Indonesia We hope that members and visitors alike will be able to find all the information they need about the club here on the site. Open Water training takes place in the North Sea, and the many excellent fresh-water locations around the region, including Capernwray Diving Centre in Lancashire.
